Refund policy

14-day return policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email erickgabrielmoreiradossantos13@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.

The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, with its original components and packaging. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. We will provide the return instructions and return address after approving the request.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if there is a problem.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing times may vary. Original expedited shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

This policy does not limit any rights that apply under consumer law.
